Aerosol Tell Tail
FIL’s brand of Tell Tail – in a convenient aerosol spray can. The 500ml can has a large curved spray nozzle for ease of use long term. The nozzle is non-clogging, and does not need to be aired out at every use. Simply spray, and store. Available in 6 bright fluorescent colors, the Aerosol Tell Tail is great for marking for Heat Detection or general marking. For Heat Detection, spray a 2”x6” path on a clean tail head. As the cows rub off the paint during Oestrus activity, this indicates cows in heat, needing inseminating. A 2nd Color can be used for cows inseminated, a 3rd for pregnant cows, etc. Applied properly, the FIL brand should last 3-4 weeks on non-cycling cows, and about 1-2 weeks on confinement animals.

Fleece Mark is a scourable paint for sheep and other animals where no residue is important from the trusted name in New Zealand for over 25 years ! Foam Mark Aerosol
FIL Foam Mark is a unique temporary marker, used in the identification of cows to be separated out. A quick spray from the Foam Mark leaves a bright colored sticky “blob” on the animal that slowly dissolves over 30-40 minutes in dry conditions. Commonly used to check for pregnancy, or identify those needing drafted out. Available in 2 florescent colors Pink and Yellow – 250ml size.
Emollient Salve
FIL’s own unique Antiseptic Salve – waterproof with emollients makes a great barrier for protection of cracks or chapped teats. The Antiseptic salve promotes rapid healing and assists in the prevention of mastitis. Contains petroleum jelly, paraffin wax and lanolin – all in a convenient hanging dispenser bag for hanging anywhere. No more messy jars – just dispense out the bottom with a quick squeeze. Trough Block
FIL’s unique Trough Block reduces or eliminates the growth of algae in stock water tanks due to exposure to sunlight. Simply place one block per 250 gallons of water. Block lasts approx 6 weeks. For Domestic stock animals only – not harmful when used as directed. Replace block as algae re-appears. To avoid metal toxicity, do not use in metal tanks. 5.5oz blocks.
